McDowell Market & Grill | Open 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Located off the lobby of The Westin Kierland Villas, you can start your mornings off with a Starbucks espresso or coffee. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, with a variety of fresh salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Stock up your refrigerator and cabinets from our market, or choose between a grab-and-go dinner or calling for an in-room delivery. Sodas, wine, beer, spirits and sundry items are also available from the Market.

Nellie Cashman's Monday Club Café
Located in the lower lobby, this café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Nellie Cashman's Monday Club Café serves a variety of creative and traditional dishes with an innovated twist to match the open kitchen and a dining area of comfortable elegance.
Deseo
The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa's signature restaurant serves Nuevo Latino and New World Cuisines influenced by James Beard's award-winning Chef, Douglas Rodriguez. It is located across from Westwind Art Gallery on the lower level. From Tuesday through Saturday, dinner only is served. Experience the elegant open-kitchen atmosphere of Ceviche as you enjoy specialty drinks of Latin America.
Brittlebush Bar & Grill at the Kierland Golf Club
Brittlebush Bar & Grill is located at the Kierland Golf Club, adjacent to the resort, and serves lunch and dinner daily. Join us before or after your round of golf for a full selection of creative sandwiches, salads and entrees. During the summer months, Brittlebush is closed for dinner.
Waltz & Weiser Saloon
Located in the lower lobby for a true saloon experience, Waltz & Weiser's transports you back to the mining years in early Arizona history. It specializes in micro-brew beers, single malt scotch and single batch bourbons while offering a light lunch and appetizer menu.
The Rim | Open daily 4:30 p.m. – 1 a.m.
Enjoy the view of our beautifully landscaped Dreamweaver's Canyon ascending out to the mountaintops of Pinnacle Peak and beyond. On cool desert evenings enjoy a beverage at our lakefront fire pit. Located just north of our lobby, The Rim features specialty cocktails, premium tequilas, and an award-winning selection of wines and vintage cigars.
Coffee Flats and Snowbowls | Open daily 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Starbucks coffee and a selection of house-made breakfast pastries, cookies, biscotti and afternoon cakes are served. You can also enjoy locally made gelato from the desert's own Berto's Ice Cream, previous winner of Phoenix's Best Quick, Grab and Go. Coffee Flats and Snowbowls is located by the main entrance.
J. Swilling's Pool Bar & Grill | Open daily from dawn to dusk
If you've always wanted to float down the great Colorado River, now's your chance. Experience the Westin Kierland version at our Floating River Pool, or race down our 110-foot slide into J. Swilling's. Relax with snacks, lunch, smoothies or our soon-to-be-famous Cactus coolers. Hours vary to fit the seasons.
Edie's Range House | Open daily from dawn to dusk
Swing by for a quick bite or sip of your favorite beverage between nines. Remember you need to eat and drink well to play well. Edie's serves express breakfast items and a complete lunch each day. Hours vary seasonally.
