Woven among the hotel's Spanish-Moorish architecture and natural desert landscaping are dining venues ranging from the full-service Restaurant Bella Vista to the poolside grills at the La Paloma or Las Hadas pools.

Season's Grill | Open 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Seafood, steak and chicken are highlighted by handcrafted fondue-style sauces on a full range of entrees, from Pacific sea bass to Buffalo short ribs. Vegetables, starches and sauces vary seasonally.
Steak, seafood, lamb and veal are specialties from the Grill, while meatless choices feature tofu and spaghetti. All meals have a recommended wine.

Westin Wine Tasting Event
- Come enjoy an intimate wine tasting event with "Vino 100," a local, boutique wine shop.
- Three varieties will be available for tasting.
- Appetizers will be paired and compliment each wine.
- Increase your wine knowledge.
- Each person receives a bottle of wine of their choice of those tasted that evening.

Las Brisas Café and Caliente Bar | Open 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Located next to the free-form Las Brisas pool with its waterfalls and winding ponds, the café serves the resort's central outdoor area during the daytime. Patrons are treated to the oasis atmosphere of the Las Brisas pool and gardens, with panoramic mountain views.

Beautiful views of brilliant bougainvillea and towering mountains enhance the dining experience at Restaurant Bella Vista. Here you will find a blend of Continental and Mediterranean specialties that feature the freshest seafood, seasonal ingredients and locally baked breads.
Dine indoors beneath atrium skylights, or outdoors on the scenic patio of the Bella Vista, where some seasonal ingredients are grown in the Coachella Valley and even in the resort's own gardens. Giant palm trees with subdued lighting enhance a casual dining experience.
