Mango Deli | Open 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Our Caribbean deli serves Starbucks coffee, pastries made fresh by local bakers, sandwiches, take-out foods and snack-packs perfect to take along on an island exploration or to eat in your room. Dine outdoors on the Mango patio or on the beach.
Snorkel's Bar and Grill Restaurant | Open 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Conveniently located beside the resort's quarter-acre pool and overlooking the beach, Snorkel's serves tasty grilled favorites and ice-cold tropical drinks in an open-air setting.
Beach Café and Bar | Open 7 - 11 a.m.; 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.
If you're in the mood for casual dining overlooking beautiful Great Cruz Bay, this is the place for you. A bountiful buffet breakfast is served daily. The Beach Café is also the place to take in the sunset with cocktails and dinner.
Chloe's | Open 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Featuring expansive views from the upper level of the open-air lobby pavilion, Chloe's offers a superb experience. Inventive chefs put an island twist on market-fresh fish, hearty steaks and a variety of appetizers, salads and desserts.
Sit at a linen-covered table as the trade winds tousle muslin curtains framing a view over the grounds. Using the freshest local ingredients, the cuisine is global, running from tenderloin Southwest-style with herbs, corn and black bean salsa to sea bass in tomato sauce.
